Safeguarding in sport and the law – a video introduction
This longer video summarises the content of the Safeguarding chapter of the recently published fourth edition of Sport: Law and Practice, which we hope is a helpful and accessible introduction to the topic of safeguarding law and practice in sport. The video covers the topics noted below. While it is focussed on the position in England, much of the content is of universal application.
