COVID-19 & HR Data: Building a new normal

This webinar looks in close detail at HR Data challenges facing employers, with speakers from Europe and Asia-Pacific.

Key topics include wearing masks, employee testing, contact tracing apps, wearable tech, notifying staff about diagnoses affecting other staff and the treatment of the employee data collected in the context of the pandemic. We also look at the lessons to be learned from the experiences in Hong Kong and the PRC.

This is in the form of a Q&A Forum moderated by Ruth Boardman, Co-Head of our International Privacy & Data Protection Practice, and includes a panel of members of both our International Privacy & Data Protection and HR Services team across Hong Kong and China, the UK, the Netherlands and Italy.
